Personally, I prefer the black tea over the white. The black tea has a cozy, energizing vibe, while the white tea is more mellow and refreshing. I tried the drink in a few different ways with ice, room temperature, and chilled in the refrigerator. At room temperature, the taste comes through more clearly, especially for the black tea. Chilling the tea in the fridge for a couple of hours strikes the best balance the flavors stay intact, and it’s super refreshing. Both teas have their own distinct profiles, but refrigeration brings out the best in both.
